The steel production enhancement in recent decades has increased the solid waste generation plants. Due to increase environmental policies stringency, efforts have been made give them a more appropriate destination. In this context, internal reuse of these materials is solution often applied by industry reduce costs and decrease slag generation. Therefore, aim research replace calcitic lime limestone KR hot metal desulfurization, which are wastes from production. generated desulfurization process Kambara Reactor. Experimental tests were carried out resistance furnace at temperature 1350?C, an inert atmosphere with constant stirring 500 rpm. Along tests, simulations FactSage 7.0 software order obtain phases present each mixture working compare practical results. It was found that tricalcium silicate phase (3CaO?SiO2) mixtures lower efficiency, shows its kinetic limitation. use proved be efficient than slag.
